Apex of chalet roofChalet ownership with a leaseback agreement entitles you to full use of the chalet 6 weeks each year.  When you use the chalet, take full advantage of the riding center's horses and ponies.  You can ride as much as you like or bring your own horse, and all guides and instruction are free!  Each week you spend in the chalet saves you the normal cost of €950 per person for a week long riding holiday.

About the Chalets

Slieve Aughty Centre offers two newly constructed chalets.  Each chalet is timber framed, the exterior thoughtfully designed to compliment the natural environment.  Large glass doors open onto peaceful gardens or decks with comfortable seating.

The interior is unique and artistic.  The spacious sitting room features vaulted natural wood ceilings, skylights, and a wood burning stove.  Professionally designed, each color, tile and furnishing has been carefully chosen to create a relaxed atmosphere.   

 

 
How it Works

Purchase a private chalet and enter into a sale and leaseback arrangement at an annual rent of €6,000. Slieve Aughty Centre covers the cost of all utilities and maintenance as long as the leaseback agreement is in place.  At the end of a 5 year leaseback period, you may enter into another lease or sell the chalet back to the centre.
