Slieve Aughty Centre offers two newly constructed chalets. Each chalet is timber framed, the exterior thoughtfully designed to compliment the natural environment. Large glass doors open onto peaceful gardens or decks with comfortable seating. The interior is unique and artistic. The spacious sitting room features vaulted natural wood ceilings, skylights, and a wood burning stove. Professionally designed, each color, tile and furnishing has been carefully chosen to create a relaxed atmosphere. |

Purchase a private chalet and enter into a sale and leaseback arrangement at an annual rent of €6,000. Slieve Aughty Centre covers the cost of all utilities and maintenance as long as the leaseback agreement is in place. At the end of a 5 year leaseback period, you may enter into another lease or sell the chalet back to the centre.
